Merb will one day replace Rails as the Ruby web framework of choice (Discussion)

Merb is built with the benefit of hindsight into the problems that Rails has faced. It’s only a matter of time until Merb has enough momentum to get plugin writers on board (which is Rails major advantage at this point) become the standard for Ruby based web application development

    Well, it looks like Merb will ‘replace’ Rails as ‘Rails 3’. Merb & Rails are merging!

    Rails gets the benefits of a project built to address some problems in Rails. Everyone wins.
